• March 20, 2007 -- Natural Stormwater Solutions; Practices and Management for Post Construction.  The Regional MS4 agencies from Elkhart County to Whitley County, including Fort Wayne and surrounding areas in Allen County, will host a day-long workshop for policy makers, developers and contractors to examine potential best management practices for post construction control of erosion and stormwater runoff.  Space is limited.  Contact:  Whitley County SWCD at 260-244-6266, etx. 3
