25th Annual Indiana-Michigan St. Joseph River Basin Symposium

Friday, May 16, 2025

The 25th Annual Symposium will begin with lunch at Camp Potawotami on Blackman Lake in LaGrange County, IN. The meal will be followed by a presentation on water monitoring and a discussion of watershed leadership in the St. Joseph River Basin. Come early or stay late to enjoy the lake and trails.

Regsister for the Symposium here.

The demand for clean accessible water is greater than ever. Think: agricultural irrigation, data centers, recreation and waterfront development. We need data to measure the impact of changes in weather and water use, but who is collecting it? We need to understand the data to make informed decisions, but how do we know what it says?

Join us to learn who is monitoring our lakes, rivers and groundwater in Michiana. Ask them what they think the data is telling us.

The Symposium will be followed by a Watershed Celebration dinner hosted by the Friends of the St. Joe River Association. Seperate registration is required. More information and registration are available here.
